Fans of Football Club Barcelona trooped to popular social media platform, Twitter to call for the sack of team’s head coach, Ernesto Valverde after a lackluster match away from home against Slavia Prague in the Champions League yesterday night.

Most Barcelona fans approached the game with excitement and expectations that Barcelona will dominate the match, play world class football like they are known for and score plenty of goals as they were playing against a lower team.

The match however did not meet the expectations of fans as Slavia Prague dominated the match and thanks to Ter Stegen who made fantastic saves to deny the home team a draw or a win. Slavia were no doubt the team on the night.

After the final whistle, Barcelona star, Lionel Messi was seen walking down the tunnel angrily which many said, he was not pleased with the coach’s approach to the game.
